Mokshe™ Official Return & Exchange Policy

At Mokshe, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, fabric quality, and detailing of our ethnic wear collections. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a seamless process within the guidelines below:

1. Policy Window

• Return and exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
• Requests received after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange or return credit, the garment must meet strict quality checks:

• Unused & Unaltered: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup/perfume odors, and unaltered.
• Original Tags Attached: All original price tags, brand labels, and protective packaging must remain attached and intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or custom-tailored outfits, clearance/sale items, and accessories are strictly Final Sale and non-returnable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

• We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at mokshestudio@gmail.com or via customer care.
• Proof Required: A clear unboxing video or photos showing the defect/damage is mandatory for claim approval.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

• No Bank Cash Refunds: Refunds are provided strictly in the form of Mokshe Store Credit (or Coupon Code) valid for 12 months on future purchases.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. Reverse Logistics & Shipping Charges

• Reverse Shipping Fee: A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 (or actual courier charge) will be deducted from your total store credit amount when reverse pickup is initiated.
• Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, the customer must self-ship the item to our warehouse.

6. Right of Refusal

All returned items undergo a physical quality inspection upon reaching our warehouse. Mokshe reserves the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or fails to meet the conditions outlined above.
